About us

Yoga is union of body, mind and soul. Through a series of exercises (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayamas) it brings vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, self-confidence and mental calm.

Iyengar Yoga is a dynamic form of exercise that strengthens and invigorates the body. Through alignment, timing and sequencing, it makes the body fit, the mind alert, whilst pacifying the brain.

Classes & Workshops

The classes are taught by Gavin Tilstone who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2007.

Gavin holds the Introductory 1 & 2 and Intermediate Junior Levels1, 2 & 3 teaching certificates awarded by Iyengar Yoga Association (UK). He continues to train in the U.K. with pupils of BKS Iyengar and in India under the guidance of the Iyengar family.
